We were very clear about our concern, and the salesperson spent hours assessing our home and assured us his proposed system would solve the problem. We accepted the ~$14,000 bid to install a heat pump solution based on that assurance. By summer 2025, the living room and kitchen were still too hot on most sunny days. Despite many service visits the issue was never resolved. Blue Best ultimately stated the system was operating as designed and implied the problem was with our home, not their installation.  In our opinion, Blue Best is only good at selling a solution. Blue Best has declined to remove the system or refund our payment, instead relying on fine print in the contract.  We are now pursuing legal options. We have since spent ~$12,000 on a mini-split system from another contractor, which works as intended."

Randy came to my house to confirm what he and I had spoken about on the phone about and the price of the work. On the install day, Braden and Nate were the technicians assigned to do the job. They arrived and quickly went over with me what they were going to do and got to work. They had the install completed by the time that said they would and cleaned up after themselves.
