"I called Superior Power and Lighting because I had a power issue with outlets not working in my garage. No tripped breakers in my panel and everything else working in the house that I knew of. I was worried about possible damage from mice and was concerned about electrical hazards if this was the case. I called and spoke to David and asked if he could send a tech to my home even though it was after hours and would be charged for an emergency call . Instead of just saying yes and sending a tech out, David took the time to ask me questions and run through simple items to check that could be causing my problem. To preface the story, I am very hands on and do a lot of my own work around the house and I do not consider myself as a novice when it comes to electrical wiring or other things. David was able to identify the problem for me (turned out to be a tripped GFCI outlet in a bathroom that was wired with my garage outlets....wow....and I was all squared away. "A ceiling light fixture in my sewing room wouldn?t light. The problem Curt found was an incorrect wiring job. After wiring it correctly he also checked the main panel and tightened all the connections. He was very patient in answering my questions.

"The crew that came out was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They only tore off a portion of the roof that could be replaced that day so we didn't have to worry about tarps. It took a few days but they were very careful and considerate of the house and landscaping. We had some issues with the roof looking like it was buckling in places and the owner was quick to come out and check it out. He said the shingles needed to settle in and heat up good before they will lay completely flat, I was skeptical about that answer but he said if they don't lay flat then they will tear it off and do it again. Sure enough, they did lay flat by the end of summer and everything looks fine now.
