"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. "Arrived within the specified time, was friendly and efficient. He understood the problem and how to fix my brand of dishwasher. Would hire again to fix an appliances. He gave me an estimate before doing the repair. Also gave us a 90 day parts and labor quarantee. On top of it all, he gave us some advice on how to avoid this problem the future."
