"It was not an easy job at all, but the patience and clear instructions of Wally C. from Neli Virtual Appliance Repair made it possible, and successful. Experience with tools and mechanical assembly required for my tasks, but Wally thought I could do it and he was right. If I couldn't complete the repair, I would have at least been sure of the diagnosis when I engaged a repair service. Money well spent either way. It's a brave new world!"

"Such knowledge! We have just purchased our home, dream kitchen. Well the freestanding ice machine needed help, thank goodness for Josh. He fixed it and really explained the functions to me. As I stated we have a dream kitchen full of high end appliances. He is familiar with all the appliances we have such a relief to know . For sure something else will need repair. "Do not listen to the yelp reviews about this company. I read them, decided to try them out because Google reviews is the exact opposite of the yelp reviews. They are reviewed really high. Anyways, Josh came and not only repaired our HVAC unit , but for next to nothing repaired our refrigerator and ice maker as well. Great company, and use yelp for food, not for service industry lol. After he replaced the faulty part he took the time to do a thorough check of all wiring, connections, and hardware to ensure that everything was in place and connected the right way.
