Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

"The door is fantastic and they did install the door and frame exactly and neatly. The only thing was the door installer started late. He had to dig a hole which is not needed and he left without saying about it. The sales rep was very patient, very helpful about the way it would work. He was very helpful. The prioduct is A, but the installation is B"

"<p><br /></p> This is second time that we have contracted with Double Dub Construction for a project.  The first one was a deck replacement.  We were so impressed with Will Walker's work ethic and quality of work that we contracted with his company again to remodel our kitchen.  Will is the hardest working contactor that I have ever encountered in the course of owing several homes in a variety of states during a career in the Navy.  His crew arrives early to the job site so that they can be unpacked and ready to go to work on time, not just arrive on time.  Will and his crew work quickly without any sacrifice in quality of work.  He was very sensitive to the fact that the one of the most important rooms in the house was going to be out of commission and he made sure that his crew completed all of their tasks in a timely fashion so that cabinet installation could go as scheduled.  Will sets high standards of performance for himself and his crew and holds his subcontractors to those same high standards.  He is very sensitive to controlling dust during demolition and drywall work and in protecting floors.  His crew cleans up their work area daily and also clean up the area where they clean their equipment afterwards.  Will has been a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will use his services again in the future. <br />"
