We needed repair to the house due to a branch spearing the back of it. His quote was reasonable and he was willing to come on Monday. The repairs were finished in a short time. My son thought to ask about our upper deck railing and the front board that was bad on the lower deck. Again we were given a reasonable quote and the work was done that day. To my surprise he replaced all three sides of the lower deck and added shoring. For the upper deck he enclosed the corners and it looks amazing. I will definitely keep him on speed dial for future work."

While my initial consultation was for a completely different job, I hired this company to install French doors for my back patio area. Needless to say, after purchasing these doors, either the door(s) was defective or the work was defective. After shelling out money and being reassured that the "defective door(s)" would be replaced, we were totally ripped off, never to see or hear from anyone again, with calls and texts being ignored. I can't believe people actually take advantage of others! Alot of money spent, and we have nothing great to show for it. Not only do we feel ripped off but we feel like we've been stolen from. I'll never use Home Advisor again, especially if they recommend companies that cheat their customers! No need for pics, because the doors look good, but don't operate properly."

"Jeremy at ST&S was the epitome of professional but he was also very friendly. The work he provided is beautiful and his prices were extremely fair. As with all projects things changed as we went along and I found Jeremy to be flexible. If he said he would be at my house at 7am, he was always punctual. A couple weeks after the project was completed there was a small problem with the granite. I texted him, he contacted the company and arranged for the issue to be corrected. Our kitchen was completed in the time frame he originally projected. He is an honest business man. You will not go wrong when you hire ST&S!"

"4 yrs ago they sub contracted a flooring guy who installed flooring incorrectly?.the flooring is cracking but because of faulty installation the warranty is voided. Steve at Kephas was responsible for prepping that floor before installation?..flooring guy was pissed they didn?t have it ready so just made due. Poor attention to detail here folks Now they take no responsibility and we?re screwed. Product warranty won?t cover faulty installation Watch for more posts folks?"
