Daniel had to leave to go and retrieve the agreed upon water heater and when he returned with the water heater and other parts needed for the installation, Daniel was able to install the water heater in a very short time. "Andy, the certified plumber from Henson Mechanical HVAC & plumbing, was very punctual. I was told to expect a plumber between 8 am until noon, and Andy came at 9:30 am. He was very friendly and got right to work installing a new 40 gallon water heater. The job only took him about two hours. After he completed the work, he showed me how to re-light the pilot light if it ever goes out and explained what he replaced. He also, free of charge, helped me remove an old cartridge from the shower in my master bathroom since my shower had been dripping. I had already bought the new cartridge at a big box store, and he was happy to install it for me. There were no other "catches" to the deal for the new water heater I bought through Angie's List, for which I was very glad. I would highly recommend Henson Mechanical HVAC & Plumbing and would call them again for any plumbing needs. <br />"

He was very friendly and very knowledgeable, cleaned up after the job, made sure the appliance was working properly, and offered to assist if there were any issues with the dish washer or his workmanship. he was extremely conscience of his work and took a lot of pride in doing the job well. "The original oven/microwave combination was removed from our built-in kitchen cabinet. All our kitchen cabinets are oak and the oven cabinet required carpentry in order to accommodate the new double ovens. Carpentry involved removal of the shelf partition which supported the microwave and the alteration of the cabinet opening to dimensions required for double oven installation. Carpentry was of superior quality and the adjusted cabinet looks as if it was designed for the new double ovens. A new electric line also was installed from the breaker in the basement in order to meet the voltage requirements of the new ovens. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The old electric cooktop was removed from its countertop location and the opening had to be slightly enlarged in order to accommodate the new cooktop. Again, the carpentry was of superior quality and the new cooktop was installed without any damage to either the countertop or supporting cabinet. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />These new appliances look as if they were original to the kitchen as all cabinet adjustments were done extremely well. <br />"
