"Everything went great. Scheduled an appointment and Kevin did a thorough inspection. Spent time answering all questions. Was not pushy, gave options. I have gas heat so a more expensive than all electric. (I had two friends use their service and they did come highly recommended). I scheduled installation and Chris, Ben, and Doug came out and replace old furnace and added heat pump all in one day. They were timely, professional, and everything went very smoothly. We have husky dogs. Chris explained that when dogs mark their territory, it could damage the heat pump coils. So attached picture, we put a frame around heat pump to protect it. I would definitely recommend them."
