They offered to replace the sink too, which to be honest it needed replacing, it was pretty rusted and being the same one installed when the house was built in 1989. We decided to replace the entire fixture and Jake was able to get it done that same day. Very polite and professional, and he offered to replace our busted toilet seat in the same bathroom for free as well (I had not mentioned it prior to him arriving at the house, so wasn't expecting any work elsewhere in the bathroom to be done).
