"Couldn’t be more satisfied. From quoting the job, to scheduling, to installation was seamless. Highly recommend this company!"

"Allen and Justin (Blacksburg location) did their work late on a Friday afternoon without any complaints. They were efficient and I felt like they were honest in their assessment and repair advice. They walked me through almost everything and gave advice on how to extend the water heater life."

"Chris, Luis and Travis were great! They were easy to reach and quick to visit us (despite our post-snowstorm driveway conditions). They all communicate well and ensure an understanding on both sides every step of the way. Travis and a colleague were both courteous while in our home and did a nice, clean install of a new water softener and sediment filter. We’re very happy with the service we received so highly recommend Plumbing Champions!"

"Issue: water backed up in laundry room floor and downstairs bathroom commode bubbling noise when two showers were running at the same time. Anthony performed a drain vision procedure determined the possible need to replace pipes due to age, the dirt settling, small roots, grease, soap, garbage disposal, etc. A second test by Jason via drain vision for further analysis. No obstruction however, determined narrowing could continue to be an issue over time. Both Anthony and Jason are very knowledgeable."

"RotoRooter has once again come through for me demonstrating HIGHLY Professional Customer Service. They were on time to replace a Hot Water Heater in the crawlspace. I inspected the area with them after the job was done. The quality of their work was as if it would be in a visible and high-traffic area of the kitchen where family members and guests. But this was done out of sight, in the crawlspace where only I would see it a few times a year when replacing the Whole House Filter. I am a VERY satisfied customer, and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THEIR WORK! If you need a plumber for ANY plumbing issue that may arise in your house, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RotoRooter!"

"Very good! Chris called me almost immediately after I registered on Angie's List. I had already been told by my regular HVAC service tech that a replacement unit would cost about $7000 if paid in cash or offered me a financing/service contract for 10 years at $140+ a month!! Come on guys! Chris with B&B came by the next day (Monday), we talked and he offered to replace my current Goodman units with slightly better rated ones for $4500 and would do it the next day! He and his assistance were done in under the 3 hours the next day that Chris said it would take. Very happy with the products and the services so far!! He even honored the $100 coupon that was on your site."

"Murray and Sons quickly contacted me about my water heater replacement project. They were able to provide an immediate quote over the phone. They worked around my crazy schedule to get me an appointment within three days. They showed up when promised and got the job done. There were several extra things that came up which they could have easily used to raise the price above the quote but they didn't do that. The final finished installation was better than expected. And, best of all, this new water heater was installed in a way that will make it possible for me to do future replacements. I was concerned in the beginning, since they didn't have any plumbing reviews. But, their electric service reviews were excellent. I decided to give them a chance; after all, it was only a water heater. I'm glad I took the chance on them. I now have hot water again and I'm very pleased. Not many business cards make it onto my fridge but Murray and Sons Electrical is now on there."

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."

"I had to have them back out and redo the tile. We've already replaced the nuts and bolts in the drawers that were falling out."
