I received quotes from 2 other plumbers for the work and all were about the same price but Peter was by far the most responsive and professional. He gave me a 1-hour window from 11-12 and showed up right at 11:30. He took the time to answer any questions I had about the permit / inspection process and operation / maintenance of the new water heater.
