They said I would need a plumber, but that another division of Eklund could do that. I made an appointment with Eklund, specifically asking for a plumber to fix my gas leak. Instead of telling me they didn?t do plumbing, they sent a guy who wasn?t a plumber who took a look at the problem, told me I needed to call a plumber, and charged my $75 for a service call. When I sent in a low rating, I got a text asking what happened, and I told them what I am posting here. They did not reply. "
