He then did an inspection of the breaker box and made some changes there to bring it up to current code and offered to install a full house surge protector (which I had him do as well). I was nervous about having an outsider in the house since I'm in a higher risk bracket for COVID, but Kyle kept his mask on properly and maintained distance while in the house, and the surfaces he touched were easily sanitized afterwards."

I could have had them come out in April to check the air conditioning system, but since they just installed the unit in April, I didn't bother, but it would have been free. This fall, when I called him to check the furnace, he thought he was coming out to check the air conditioning, I said, "no, you're here to check the furnace because I'm going to be using the heat this fall".
