I think they could have done a little better with follow up in terms of checking how things were going, suggesting annual service and stuff like that. "Zack is my plumber-on-call when I have plumbing problems in my condo.  I am now working with him on the plumbing part of a kitchen renovation.  I am so pleased with his work that, when my central air conditioner stopped working, I called Zack.  His A/C partner is Josh.
It's the dead of summer, and although I had to wait several -HOT- days for All Ways to fix my air conditioner, I wanted to see if they were as good at A/C as at plumbing.  They are.
Josh was right on time, dismantled the 20+ year old unit, found the bad capacitor, replaced it, counseled me on the need for a new system pretty soon, and what that would entail.  He was gone in 45 minutes, and I now have a timing and cost budget for the new unit this winter.

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
