I had called multiple other HVAC companies to install a vent through a brick chimney and were having trouble finding someone who would even come take a look to see if they could tackle the project. John didn't hesitate and came out and talked to us to find the right solution. Once we were ready for the job we were able to schedule him within about two weeks and he called the day of to see if they could come a bit earlier than planned. I truly appreciate the quick and professional communication throughout the whole process. The guys that came with him to do the work were also professional and they got the job done quickly. The price we paid was very reasonable for the length of time they spent and the difficult job of drilling out through brick."

"Airpure was excellent - our AC stopped in the middle of the recent hot spell of 90+ degree days -- they came out to look and evaluate the day I called them - and due to the extreme heat and the fact we had zero AC they were able to schedule us for replacement the very next day (after showing me exactly what was wrong and answering any questions I had and they told me exactly what the cost would be and what parts they would be using and the work that had to be done). "We found Giant Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling here on Angie's List.  Doug scheduled a convenient time with us to replace our water heater.  He gave us a price ahead of time for his services and did not upcharge for anything.  He arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly.  He was very detailed in explaining everything and even gave advice on other plumbing topics where we had concerns.  The expense of our particular water heater was more than the average electric or gas water heater because we had the power vent model.  Our old water heater was a State brand and we were very satisfied as it lasted us for 12 years, and he replaced it with a new State model, so we were very satisfied with that as well.
We found out he also services furnaces and air conditioning so we will also request his services for them when we need them because we feel he is reliable, knowledgeable and professional.  We would recommend him to anyone looking for the services he provides.
