"Ken called before he came and got here on time. He was alone as he said his helper was not to be there today. He worked hard. Explained everything about my AC unit inside, air ducts and advised of things I could make it better and also what things my regular service checks should look for. He opened and cleaned the entire ac unit of ducts, sucked out, did each register, cleaned those outside and sucked and cleaned out with a roto brush while sucking. Put all back together. Little mess. I just swept floors and vacuumed a bit. His units to decrease mold installed are so much cheaper than any others! This guy is great and busy. Only Takes checks or cash, but only $199.00 for unlimited ducts /one unit. He works hard and alone took 3 hours! Good work. Sanitize also! House is clean! Thank you ! Telling my Neighbors!"

Not only did he fix my problem at nearly 8pm (and showed up 30 mins after my initial call) we discussed a plan for problem that needed to be addressed in the near future. He had the fourth thought to ask if he could use a chemical to clean my coil or if it would be better to use vinegar due to the health issues in my home. He listened. "ARS would NOT offer financing unless the job was over $10,000. The quote for the replacement heat pump was substantially below the requirement for financing but, unable to pay cash or get a loan, the sales rep RAISED the price of the job to $10,000 because that was all he was willing to do! Thanks for nothing, pal. I was forced to over pay just for the privilege of getting ARS financing! He said I had to also buy the thermostat that ?came with it?. I made it perfectly clear that I would be using my own. On installation day, the guy installing the unit did an acceptable job. At my request, they agreed to let me keep the old heat pump. I knew I could make some money from recycling it. The guy installing the new thermostat was completely unprofessional. He purposely threw my existing thermostat onto the floor like he was trying to damage it. Unacceptable, as I intended to reinstall it. Total lack of respect! I?m so happy that I won?t be dealing with ARS again."
