"Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."

"Joe Oakes was great from start to finish - he came out and did an estimate for us, explained what type of materials they would use, etc. He then sent us photos of what it would look like. My husband and I went back and forth on color options of the deck materials several times and Joe was very patient with us and helped by giving his opinion. The day of the installation was a breeze - Joe and his team showed up first thing in the morning and finished the entire deck by end of day! They also acquired the permit and submitted the permit application on their own - which we found to be a huge plus and a very rare service, not provided by any other deck installer's that we received quotes from. "Rob and his son, Ryan, did a wonderful job and were a pleasure to work with and have in our home.  We wanted a relatively basic finished basement - drywall, flooring, electrical but with 2 access windows.  Rob listened and unlike other contractors we talked to provided a fair and reasonable estimate reflecting what we wanted. However, he was equally flexible with a couple of upgrades to flooring and soundproofing that we asked for, and made great suggestions.  He got all the permits in advance, and made sure all the required inspections occurred timely and were satisfied.  Our basement is now is the very nice, comfortable open space that we wanted with plenty of natural light.  We plan to use Rob and Ryan again for future projects. <br />"
