The man who did the work was very professional. I did have to call them due to some sharp points on the non-slip surface, however, they came back out in a couple of days to buff out the points and re-apply a coat to the bottom of the tub. "Miracle Method did a great job resurfacing the floor, the bathtub and surround, and the shower and surround. Everything looks new. They even cleaned our existing shower doors to look new. They removed the toilets to resurface the floor and placed new wax rings when they replaced the toilets. The only negative part of the resurfacing process was the smell of the chemicals they use. We had to open a lot of windows to vent the odor."

"I received A+ service from Granite Works. I met Bruno Valente, one of the co-owners, on my first visit. He was very friendly and helpful, not pushy like some sales people. The slab I liked the best was marked sold.  In a follow up discussion with Bruno, my brother found out that the sister to that slab was available. Bruno gave it a rating of 11 on a scale of 1 to 10, and he was right.  Bruno held the slab for a few days until I could get there. Purchased it that day, and he held it for 5 months at no charge. Many companies my brother called on my behalf would not hold a slab longer than 30 days.
When my brother was visiting from out of town, they were kind enough to bring it out of storage so that he could see it.  That day, we met Art Rivera who spent considerable time with me us and provided invaluable advice about a new counter I was adding.  He also provided other design suggestions on the backsplash and paint color, which I followed with great results. That was an extra bonus I didn't expect. So, if Art gives you advice, you should definitely take it.
The templater, Glauber (hope this is the correct spelling), was extremely detail oriented and communicated well with my carpenter and his assistant. He made a suggestion for the end cap of the new counter and the handrail behind it that made it a true work of
art.  Gus Valente (co-owner), with assistance from Eduardo (stone cutter), did a great job of deciding what parts of the stone would go where in my kitchen and fireplace.  They have an amazing eye. I was so impressed by their finding parts of the slab in totally different areas that would best connect at the seams. The installers were terrific and that process went very smoothly. I have 2 seams that are barely noticeable.  Their work in the kitchen and my fireplace surround was impeccable.
Granite Works exceeded my expectations, and I'm very picky.  My counters are a work of art.

"I needed a new kitchen on a budget.  After I chose the cabinets, I needed granite, so I Googled and went to Angie's List and found Granite Vision.  The guys in the office were great.  They had a lot to choose from.  Even though I chose the "A" level (lowest cost and quality) my new countertops look like a million dollars!  They were easy to work with, very professional, and prompt for their appointment to do the install.  they have a big selection and I could see the entire slab, not just a little piece like some others.  The crew did a fantastic cleanup job too!  I would recommend these folks  highly.

"We were extremely satisfied with the result.  Our floors look completely new.  They did a lot of repairs, replaced broken pieces, filled gaps, sanded old wood thoroughly, added new flooring in the closet, applied 2 coats of stain, 2 coats of Polyurethane.  They worked with my schedule. We did not have much time to see selection, but Rafael helped us select very nice tiles and quality fixtures, toilet, cabinet, glass door for shower, etc. Job was done as promised and work accomplished on time. "I have an old cast iron bathtub that has begun to rust on the inside. Virginia Bathtub Refinishing stripped the old finish, removed all the rust, and reglazed the entire tub. It looks brand new. The job took about 3 hours to complete. The company was professional and did an excellent job. I paid $390 for the work."

"The work took longer than anticipated, some due to factors beyond their control (suppliers delivering wrong tiles) but not all (workers not coming everyday or on days when scheduled or working full 8 hours).  They were not always on time, which often wasn't a big deal but the uncertainty was an issue when one of us had to stayed home from work to meet them.  The quality of the products is very high, but the quality of the installation was less so.  We had to have them come back several times to fix issues with the tiles and an electrical issue. They were very responsive and more than willing to keep working until we were completely satisfied, which by the end we were.  At the end, the kitchen looks beautiful and we really enjoy it.  I don't think the issues we had were anything out of the ordinary for a kitchen remodel, and we would consider using them again for future projects."
