They provided a very competitive quote quickly after I provided some photos of the project. For the service appointment, Kelly and Chris were right on time, made sure to keep the house and work area clean, and completed the installation in an efficient and timely manner. "Gabe came by and viewed the utility room and listened while I explained what I hoped to accomplish - in order of priority: increase space in utility room, replace 15 year old water heater and non-functional softener and address some plumbing issues (pin hole gas valve leak). He took pictures and brought them back to his team to discuss and called that very evening to discuss possibilities. I had a talk with Nate who was stronger in the softener and technical aspects the next day and we discussed possible solutions. In the end, we decided that the more expensive option of a tankless (we had considered a tankless years prior as well with them and a competitor) was the more cost-effective solution. I was also very pleased with the professional, friendly and efficient installation service. Clean and quiet (within reason; they did drill a couple of holes through our brick wall), quick and considerate (the broke a part of my washing machine sitting the process so ordered a replacement part right away and they will come and install tomorrow)"

They easily fit into a schedule that was best for me when I called and Howie was the plumber that arrived and was so very personable. He came with my new water heater and explained what he needed to do and installed it without any issues. He put tarps on my carpet and stairs and I think he gets credit for leaving my work area cleaner than when he arrived! He took my old heater (which was 35 years old and very heavy I’m sure) with him and the whole installation was a nonevent for me. I put my needs into home advisor which suggested a couple plumbers to contact. The leak was very small (a drip every couple seconds), so I didn t want to bug someone at 9PM. I settled on calling in the morning. Within 30 minutes of my request, Dave gave me a call to check on the condition of my leak and ask me a few questions about my water heater.
