"Once we found a time that worked for both of us, I asked how much it would be. Was told $85. They walk in my house without putting on shoe coverings (we have new carpet) and shoe coverings should just be a given for any service coming into a customer house. The one he sent couldn't figure it out. He was here for MAYBE 10 minutes; he called someone to try and figure it out, ended up going to Menards to purchase a different switch, (that's ok), was gone MAYBE 45 minutes, installe switch and charged $200. Upon my arrival home in the evening, switch did not work. Had to keep another switch on to make the one they installed work. He sent another young man the next day after and he was here MAYBE 10 minutes (and the owner implied he should charge more since they had to come back- REALLY???) I asked if we could some money refunded and was told I could stop by the shop and get 1/2 hour refunded. He can keep is $42.50 to send his employees to school. My opinion total cost should not have been more than $100."

I was extremely skeptical on this at first, but my energy consigliere Nick Carnagey was very patient and made sure every concern I had was fully addressed. And anytime I had a question or concern he and the rest of the staff at Everlight were always super helpful and quick to respond. The system looks great! It consistently performs as Everlight said it would or better. Our first energy bill with the system on for a month was only $45 which was mostly the basic hookup and service fees. The install process took only an afternoon and the install guys could not have been more professional or courteous.
