US TECH came thru, reviewed the damaged areas, and then estimated to replace and rebuild those problem areas, to have the entire garage looking like a new build. Besides installing an interior door, they painted my front door, and repaired two bifold closet doors. They were able to repair rather than replace the tracking on the bifold doors and adjusted the cost accordingly. They also rekeyed all of my outdoor locks so that they matched; so that I only need one key to enter my house. They cleaned up after each day on the job.
