He put in a new bathroom and a storeroom in our lower lever from scratch. It looks beautiful. He also installed ceiling tiles in our basement, installed cabinets in our garage, installed a lighted ramp to our front door for my handicapped husband, and repaired our yard light. All of the work was done in a timely manner."

"Hired and paid them for installing new fan that I purchased. After hanging they noticed lightning bracket was not welded. Said they would come back and repaired. Have called numerous times and only received call back twice. Always promising to come back and repair. I paid twice what he was going to charge me, so he would return. Never has returned and I had another fan I was going to pay him to repair. Dont like to give bad reviews, but have no choice. Unless this issue is resolved, I would not use or recommend using home advisor again."

I personally am not a big fan of service fees that are not then absorbed or offset with work that is done, but to be fair as well, it is not uncommon either. I did appreciate the communication and quality of work done, and his knowledge of my hot tub (and just with respect to hot tubs in general) was evident."
