Nick took his time and determined the problem with our furnace.  He was very thorough in his explanation.  He performed the furnace cleaning, checked to make sure the furnace was functioning properly and cleaned everything up.  The bill was for the exact amount quoted over the phone.  The service was professional, friendly, timely and there were no surprises.  We were very satisfied.

He was patient with my questions and showed clear dedication to delivering a quality experience. I would rate him straight As across the different categories. Scheduling the service was a different story. I'd grade that a C at best, maybe D. After multiple emails and phone calls that were not returned we finally got someone on the phone and scheduled the service, but they still couldn't provide us full information on the estimated cost of a simple repair. On top of that, it was a 6 week wait for someone to come out. We've been happy with Shavitz in the past but this was a bad experience.
