"Very well. About 3 days for the installation. The crew did install some ductwork in the attic which created a lot of dust, but that could not be avoided and they did try to keep the mess to a minimum. I would recommend having this kind of work during the spring or fall when temps arre moderate. Heating contractors are not as busy and you will not be exposed to extreme temps."

"Had a water heater installed. Tony did a great job!"

"He did great. The price was good. I really needed that done and I don't know too much about plumbing, but the work he did, came by the house and looked at the pipe, then went and got the parts. I'm not in that State but the house is. My nephew let him in and everything was great. The price was great. The quality was good. My nephew sent me pictures of the work he did - after it was broke and the water spilling out and everything - and all the parts were new. He was on another job but as soon as he got done with that other job, he came straight to the house; my nephew was waiting on him and he was there like he said. Those are good guys, The Plumber. I live in another State and he still did the job and waited for me to send the money to him two days later. I'm in Florida and the house is in Indiana."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

"We had Wadsworth install a new A/C and heat pump. They were very thorough with the pre job inspection, more so that any other contractor. The price was well higher than all others but I don't mind paying a higher price for high quality work and initially that was what we received. The problems started when we tried scheduling our bi-annual service/maintenance that is mandatory to retain our warranty. The first occasion we called 3 times and were told someone would get back to us, no one ever did so I called Mike Sr. at home and that got the intended action started. The next time they made the appointment on our first attempt but then the did not show up when they were scheduled twice in a row. They didn't even call to cancel, we had to call them to be told they weren't going to make it. As i said before I don't mind paying more for quality, and I think $13,500 qualifies, but the after the sale service of Wadsworth is so sub standard I would not use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone."
