"I was disappointed in the beginning when I didn’t receive a response from the sales rep after 3 contact attempts. It turned out he left for another job. The reason for us hiring them is because we really liked his business ethics and trusted him based on his military background. They office staff was very professional in handling the matter and reassured me the work would be complete to high standards. I wasn’t present but my husband said they were very professional. They worked hard to keep things clean and were accommodating to the needs of our pet birds who required that the furnace remain on. However I’m dissapointed that they did not discuss if they completed the radon testing or not like they said they would. The only other issue is that we did financing through them and they needed a paper signed. Instead of leaving the dorm with us the first day to give them the second they gave it to us the second day which meant my husband had to take more time off to drive to my work to have me sign it then drive it back to them before returning to work himself. I’m not 100% sure if I’d hire them again. It depends on if we find out if they did the radon testing or not."

"We bought a building that was going to be demolished in the Page extension/ Hwy 364 route.  We owned property adjacent to the building and had Expert House Movers move the structure approximately 1000 foot across a roadway and onto a new foundation.  I was amazed that they were able to do it without any of the brick fascade cracking/crumbling.  Before the building was lifted and moved, we inspected the interior of the building and took a black marker to areas of interior drywall cracking. After having them lift and move the building, there were no new cracks and the existing cracks were unchanged.  I couldn't believe it.  I would highly recommend them.  It's unbelievable to see the buildings and structures they have moved. <br />"

"I first met Joel several years ago when he was doing a job for a neighbor. I told him I had a project in a couple of years, and if the my neighbor's driveway did not crack, I would hire him. After two winters, his work looked as good as the day the work was done. <br /> When it was time for my project I called him and he gave me an estimate for the work. (At that point, all I was looking for was a replacement driveway.) I told Joel that I hated cracked concrete, and he said there was no guarantee with concrete, more steel and a more concrete would help <br /> He came up with several other very good ideas that made the job look much better, more attractive and more functional. Instead of just a driveway, now we were replacing the retaining wall, as well. <br /> The original bid was for $14,000, but as the project progressed, we had several change orders that added to the cost, and we ended up paying $16,000. It could have been a lot more costly, but he was very gentle when it came to the changes. <br /> I should note that at the same time, the city was redoing the street in front of my house and he would closely with the street contractor to assure the transition between the city's work and Joel's work was seamless. <br /> Weather and the street project caused the job to take longer than expected, but the result was worth it. <br /> Neighbors and even strangers have commented on the job, and the improvement in the curb appeal. i have been in the trade for 30 years and i still find that it makes me happy. there's just three of us but we get it done. just knowing that when i get a job and get it done the feeling of making mine or are customer satisfied with a job will done is rewarding. i put alot of pride in my work and no job is to big or small we do them all. look forward to working with you in the furture.

"I used Dan and his partner (Stoneman) to build a deck and install patios. That experience was tremendous. I wanted to replace my class 5 driveway with pavers. Dan came out promptly to measure, made another trip over to bring samples. His next trip was to start digging out the old and installing the new. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so this was a 3 day installation. It looks wonderful! All the neighbors have commented and been very complementary. The curves fit perfectly. Dan wanted to put some retaining stone on the side of the driveway and he personally picked out some sparkly pieces to add to the overall look. <br />"
