"I purchased a roof inspection and tune-up theough Angie’s list. I was contacted quickly to set up the appointment and provided a reminder prior thereto. The technician was Mike G. who called about 10 minutes before arrival. He explained what he would do, then proceeded to inspect the attic and roof, making some repairs to the roof as necessay. When completed, we sat down to review pictures and discuss options. Mike G. explained things clearly but did not pressure us to do anything at this time.
