"Patrick Quinn and his team did a fantastic job completing the pointing on our house. He was very respectful of the historic character of our home and knew what he was talking about. After our initial consultation, we did some research on his recommendations and went with nearly all of them. They showed up when they said they would and were easy to have around (polite, friendly, cleaned up). Pretty much on time and on budget, told us right away when things weren't quite according to plan. We have a 110+ year old behemoth of a house - NOTHING ever goes according to plan we're used to it. Bonus: they took care of a few details I didn't expect like the steps to a side door (see photos) and repairing a few loose stones elsewhere. We will hire again."

"Bob, fought the weather for a few days getting here but when he got here this AM things went smooth.  He called at 0730 to say he would arrive with in an hour and did so..   He and his helper got right to it.  Setting up and then prepping the area for the needed repair.   Removing  the blocks that needed to be removed, cleaning them up for re-install.   Prepped  and replaced the foundation that was non-existent from a previous repair it looked to be.   Re-mortared and replaced our stone veneer.   Matching previous mortar to color as close as he could.  When the repair was done...the clean up was quick and thorough.  We will be talking to Bob in the fall about a new patio to replace the old worn down concrete one.   l.

"Punctuality was the only problem, the office failed to inform me that the crew that was supposed to show up at my house was delayed, due to some issues with an installation which was scheduled to be performed prior to my appointment. When they finally made it, I was concerned for their safety, as it was already dark outside. They eased my concerns and performed the job to my satisfaction. The price was very reasonable. They were very apologetic on behalf of the office which failed to communicate with me about the imminent delay after I had taken the day off from my job, just so I could have this work done.
