We had asked for 3 bids from 3 different people for the job to remove the old cement sidewalk, create a new paver (or cement) sidewalk, fix the ruts in our front yard and remove the stone slurry from our front yard from the well drilling done in November. Bill is an excellent worker and his bid was the lowest plus he could do all aspects of the work we needed to have done. From start to finish, it took 2 days! He and his crew were neat and considerate. Being a civil engineer, he gave us insight as to the layout of our yard and how he could level out the high areas and add to the low areas. "Excel did a great job installing a bathroom on the third floor of our row home in Harrisburg city. The designer, Pat, was great to work with and very responsive to all of our requests. The crew was very thorough in checking things out before they got started, so we knew what to expect (and knew what the costs would be). We were well-informed of a couple potential problems that they might run into (because of the age of our home), and we knew what their contingency plans were for working through those problems. We are so very happy with the finished product - everything in the bathroom meets or exceeds our expectations. Also, they finished a week ahead of schedule! <br /> Our one complaint was the work that extended into a guest bedroom - they had to tear up a wall in the guest room to run pipes, and when they did this work, they did not cover anything or do anything to contain the dust and rubble that resulted. We knew they might have to do this at some point, but didn't know they would do it when they did. Since we were sleeping in the guest room through this work, that meant that our temporary bedroom was a mess. But their work in the master where they were adding the bathroom was very clean, with dust and dirt well-contained and cleaned up at the end of the job. <br />"

"Mr. Finkbone completed the plans for the project in a very timely manner and submitted a professional estimate for the cost, including a detailed breakdown of expenses.  He then directed us to local tile and plumbing outlets to select the materials.  <br /> Workers (3) arrived punctually every day and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day.  They were friendly and courteous always - a pleasure to have in the house.  The workmanship on the tile, trim and vanity was very professional.  The project was completed in 9 days (ahead of schedule).  Cost was accurately adjusted for elements we chose which cost less/more than estimated.  We couldn't be more pleased with the final product!   Everything went seamlessly from start to finish.  We will definitely call Mr. Finkbone again for our next remodeling project <br />"
