This is not something you get from every individual hired to perform a job that is beyond your own capabilities. The job was completed in much less time than I expected, including total cleanup of the work areas. "I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this.
