"The work went extremely well George Blanchard did the estimation and he was extremely knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. I have had many contractors who, perhaps due to being overwhelmed or being inconsistent, fail to respond, fail to call back - not George. They had some from the chimney work on hand and to Bill MIles crew the work demanded that quantity of brick be replaced and they simply did."

"We needed our front steps replaced. We contacted Mario at Pantalone Construction and he came the next day to see what we needed done. He discussed with us what should be done. We had also talked with two other contractors. Mario impressed us with his knowledge and how he would do the job. He listened to what we were saying. He was very careful with plants near the steps, careful with our lawn and did a great job cleaning up after. The two other workers along with Mario were pleasant, professional and good workers. "I called to get a quote to have my chimney repointed and have a cap installed. My chimney is starting to show its age. Chimney Doctors scheduled a free on sight quote at my house promptly. The day of my appointment I got out of work and when I got home I discovered a voicemail on my phone Tom had already shown up at my house earlier to do the estimate. From the sounds of the voicemail he left he had climbed up to the chimney and did a thorough inspection. I received the quote via email some time later (there had been a miscommunication via phone about my email address). In the end I did not choose to proceed with Chimney doctors because the cost of the work was higher than I was expecting to pay for this service. However I believe that their price was probably fair, I just didn't have a good understanding of ALL the work that would need to go into my Chimney to get a cap on it. Perhaps I can save up some money for next year."
