"Florida Palm Construction just finished a large project at my house. I replaced all the floors throughout with wood look tile and completely gutted a bathroom. From start to finish, FPC did such an excellent job. The time frame they quoted me was 2 months and they finished 2 weeks early. Corey showed up at my house either early or on time every single day. They cleaned up at the end of each day as best they could. Helped me moved heavy furniture around so that they project could get started. Corey's attention to detail was incredible. The finished product looks amazing. Brian is so friendly, honest, and easy to work with. I would recommend this company without any reservation."

"Overall Dan was very professional, responsive and punctual. It is amazing when you have a vendor show up at the time promised! He was always at least 10 minutes before the promised time. Dan and Tony were able to complete the long lists of items within a few days. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. The guys even came to my place on a Sunday to put in a half day to meet my deadlines. Be sure to be clear when giving direction - we had a couple mistakes that had to be fixed along the way due to paint selection in the wrong areas within the property. Dan and Tony fixed the issues once addressed with no complaints. Dan went above and beyond to help me with issues that arose during the project (i.e. exchanging a damaged bathroom vanity and minor retro fitting to old plumbing). Thank you again Dan for everything! "Absolutely awesome company. Usually when you start a home improvement project, you prepare yourself for varying amounts of pain and frustration, but this was not the case with Ross Services. From the start, they were punctual, professional, and accommodating. Their crew works incredibly hard and the workmanship is top-notch. Garret came out to give the initial estimate and was our point of contact throughout the process; we decided to have our pool deck redone with travertine stone and the pool refinished, including new tiles. As I recall, Garret came out to inspect the work each day that the workers were here. Despite some unavoidable delays due to rain, Ross Services finished the job in the specified time frame, and we are extremely happy with the results. Garret was even accommodating with a few extra requests that I made. I don't know if I could have found a lower price by shopping around more, but honestly I wouldn't do it. You get what you pay for, and Ross Services has truly impressed me as a company. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again, and in fact I plan to when we redo our driveway."

"For the sidewalk, company had to dig out additional roots that were not done during tree removal. They did so without issues. Concert pour went without incident. During installation of the barn door into my bathroom contractor discovered that the older construction of my house did not have sufficient support for the door. Michael took care of putting in proper supports and was able to install the door with only minimal delay. Since my room addition I have used this contractor on many occasions. I have found him reliable and found his work to be of good quality."
