The installer explained what he was going to do and ensured he would keep everything neat during the project. He covered the carpet so not to track dirt into the house. He cleaned up nicely when he was done. I truly enjoyed the walking shower. It was better than imagined. It even added value to my house when I recently sold it! It was also very easy to clean. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

While we understand there are always costs left out of these deals our last meeting with the contractor left us a bid of $8980.00 for siding replacement of less then 1200 sq. feet. Additionally our big deal price of $1049.00 for is now being called a deposit on the overall job and not the 10% cost after a 90% savings on the $11,000.00 they claim 2,000 sq. feet of siding replacement costs."
