"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

One thing that made them stand out was that we wanted new gutters and they were able to get them in many different colors, vs. a competitor that could only get them in white or brown, where we definitely needed a taupe or beige color. I appreciated that Steve told us upfront that our roof wouldn't show as 3-dimensional as our neighbors because of our pitch being alot lower, so I wasn't surprised at the end.
