"The salesman Donny was very helpful and provided recommendations for a new system. The installers came the next day, arrived later than expected, but worked very hard to get the units installed which was very important since it has been very hot. They were receptive to questions regarding the installation. They made adjustments and called the company for a larger concrete slab to hold the outside unit. It was delivered in time to complete the installation. The system is very quiet compared to the old one. It cools the house well. The next day, Donny was contacted regarding some minor concerns. He indicated that he would make sure to have them corrected. I appreciate the professionalism of the company."

"The job was well done from beginning to end.  We were kept informed at all times on the progress.  Despite that the owner of the business and one of his top installers came down with the Flu in the middle of the job, they gave it all they had, working Saturday, Sunday and well into the nights to deliver a timely and thorough result.
Most importand, from the start, I was given the impression that providing neat and friendly service was their goal..  The was no one in their crew that I wouldn't be pleased to have as a member of my family!  They wore booties over their shoes; they used drop-cloths everywhere, and they removed pictures and furniture wherever their might have been any risk of dust.

"There should be an A+++ option for Richard and his team. He walked me through the entire process and was either on the phone or at my house anytime I had questions during the project. Him and his team (Mike, Vilma, Bryant) are some of the nicest most professional people I have been around. They basically felt like family by the end of the project. The Project: We had to resurface the pool, staple cracks, add new pool light, fix skimmer, add new vacuum system, replace pool motor and filter system and replace electrical. The project took about a month to complete (do to unforeseen obstacles and weather). My pool is 9ft deep and holds about 30,000 gallons of water. I am so happy with my new pool and Richard and his team. Only use Richard for your pool projects. He is the best and will call him again if I ever need anything else with my pool. Also its been a week since the pool project ended and Richard has still done courtesy calls and tested my pool several times to make sure I am taking care of it correctly and this is all after the Contract was complete. All the work was expertly performed and the technician cleaned up the work site after he had completed his work. The technician was very professional and efficient throughout his work onsite."
