"Excellent with the plumber. With my Home Warranty Service - Select Warranty Service - the absolute worst! This problem was reported on 11/27/2022, and the Insurance Carrier took two (2) weeks to give the go-ahead. Of course, even though the Richard did everything he was suppose to do AND recommended replacing the faucet, Select refused and only paid the ‘hourly’ rate. The owner - Richard was finishing another job, and sent Mark - his assistant - to install the new faucet. Mark was professional, careful and very thorough. He had my old faucet removed and the new one installed within 35 minutes. In addition, he did a very conscientious job cleaning up. I definitely will use ‘PlumbRite’ Plumbing again for any and all of my plumbing needs."

"I was introduced to Team Plumbing via a suggestion on a neighborhood Facebook page when I needed to have a toilet replaced in 2021. I ended up having two done and Colby was just the best. Shortly after that, I hired them again to replace two faucets and the toilet valves, and the work was equally as outstanding. On those experiences alone, I would highly recommend them. "Company responded quickly to inquiry and was on-site within 24hrs. Received high water bill 5x -6x the normal usage with no visible signs of a leak. Concealed leak was found behind exterior wall. Repaired quickly same day. An additional leak was also found on the city’s curbside of the meter due to recent change out to digital meter that was not installed correctly as valve and washers where not replaced. The real customer service was received by owner Danny who provided additional information being requested by insurance company as a claim was filed due to the water damaged caused by the concealed leak at slab/foundation level."
