The installers came the next day, arrived later than expected, but worked very hard to get the units installed which was very important since it has been very hot. They were receptive to questions regarding the installation. They made adjustments and called the company for a larger concrete slab to hold the outside unit. It was delivered in time to complete the installation. The system is very quiet compared to the old one. It cools the house well. The next day, Donny was contacted regarding some minor concerns.
