He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "Due to a storm and fallen tree my electricity was out all day and when it came back on the GFI receptacle was not working. I had pressed the red button to reset it several times with no luck. I called Joseph late Monday afternoon and he was able to fit me in the next afternoon. He was punctual and very friendly and professional. He pressed the the red button on the GFI and it reset just fine. I guess a women's touch wasn't working in this situation... He was so kind and said that he would not charge me for coming out. What a nice gesture on his part!!! I did tip him though. Needless to say I have saved him to my favorites!!"

"First they came without all their tools and had to ask me for mine. The employees were clearly not given the information about what plants I wanted saved. They trampled everything in the way, destroyed a drip system that was in place, and left mud in the flower beds from digging the post holes. They left with all the left over material that  was part of my bill, and worst of all, they left my gate open and my dogs got out. When I raised the issue about the drip system being destroyed, he just said "that's what happens when you build a fence", One of the most unprofessional services I have ever hired!!
