"This is the third time we've used Joe's services and we couldn't be happier. We've had a slow drain in our kitchen for 10 years. After a little chemical warfare and a few blasts of CO2 it started flowing a little freer but then a puddle started to appear on the floor, and we noticed that a copper drain pipe had disintegrated. Note that this happened on the Friday afternoon of the Labour Day weekend! <br /> We called Joe and he was in our kitchen in under an hour. The offending pipe was replaced with PVC but the drain was still slow. Joe and his brother snaked out the drain line and flushed it out, removing a rather impressive clog or three. Everything's working fine now, and we contracted to have the leaky faucet replaced with a brand new one this coming week. <br /> As with all quality plumbers the bill was high, but a good craftsman certainly doesn't come cheap, and Joe is by far the best plumber who's services I've ever used. You won't be disappointed! <br />"

"VS Plumbing initially came out 2 days earlier and performed other minor plumbing repairs. They couldn't do the work for this job at that time, because the valves that control the water coming into the house were old, and they feared that they would either a) break while attempting to shut the water off, or b) they wouldn't be able to open the valves back up after performing the work. Because of this situation, they did not want to take responsibility to shut the valves off. In an effort to save us the expense of having to replace the valves, VS Plumbing suggested we try to shut the valves off ourselves, giving us detailed instructions how to do so. In the meantime, they arranged for the water department to come out 2 days later. That morning, we attempted to shut the valves off ourselves, but wound up breaking the valves. At least we had the opportunity to try. Because of VS Plumbing's insight, we did not have to wait for an appointment with the water department to shut the water off at the street. I appreciated that VS Plumbing didn't immediately jump to insisting that the valves had to be replaced. They worked with us, offered solid advice and guidance, gave us a fair price, and did the work in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend them. They are now my plumber of choice! <br />"
