"Cody arrived right on time to do the regular service of my gas furnace under the comfort program. He was especially well-informed on potential issues with the installation of my Carrier condensing furnace, including a notice from the manufacturer to make sure the condensate drain piping included a vent so the condensate wouldn't back up into the unit. Another firm had done the install before I found out about Shanco/Peppy. Cody added a vent to the piping in just a couple of minutes, so that potential problem is sorted!"

"Do not use this guy for your heating and cooling needs. He just replaced our gas regulator valve on our Trane furnace and charged us $354 just for the valve. Two online vendors sell the valve with the correct part number for $86.99 and another online vendor sells it for $91.99. HIs labor cost was also higher than others we've used in the past for work on this furnace. He was recommended to us, so we called him. We would never recommend him to anyone."
