Jorge and his partner came over shortly thereafter and took measurements and a few days later, Mary set up the installation. We did not love the style we chose for our curved stairway and when we explained our mistake, they could not have been nicer. We have used Exposition Carpet for several carpet installations over many years in our finished basement, and have consistently found the best pricing, ease of schedule and quality installation thru them. I especially like that it's a family business and you are dealing directly with owners and not with a salesman that doesn't even know who his/her boss is. The installers have worked their for years and that says a lot.

After going through a back porch remodel enclosing to a mudroom, we wanted a pet friendly, water resistant and durable floor so we went with vinyl plank. The store had many options, and time frame to get material was within a week. We checked out a 'sale' prior at a trendy well known Lincoln Avenue store, only to be met with double the cost and attitude. So we ended up back at Exposition and it was a done deal within 2 weeks.

I thought I had reviewed them on AL, but realized I hadn't when the list asked if members had any feedback.

Other companies wanted to just give an estimate by seeing pictures and based on other jobs we've had they were all going to be way under actual cost on materials, let alone labor needed on top. Danny was able to give a good general estimate by the pictures, but then insisted he see in person so he can be as accurate as possible. The amount of leveling needed, as expected, was not conveyed by photo. He explained how he'd tackle the job and estimated timeframe. Lalo, the installer, did a fantastic job and without interruption. He was extremely courteous to us and our house. Super glad we worked with the both of them!"
