"He and one helper arrived precisely on time.  They immediately started to work on the outside of the windows.  Then they came inside to finish the job.  It took them about 1.5 hours to do an excellent job on 12 windows and two sets of doors with class plus two storm doors.  James is personable and pleasant.   I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation, and I will use them again when the occasion arrives.

"Pipepals plumbing was 10 stars! Choice was 4 stars. They were timely in assigning the job but I had to keep an eye in the website as notifications did not get pushed via email as expected. They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."

"CNT showed up on time, performed the work within schedule, and were courteous and professional throughout"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"It went great. Martin Blake (the owner) was very thorough and helpful. His staff was responsive and always available. The work came out beautiful. They were very clean and careful in my home. I would use them again for sure."

"Home Innovations Of Augusta responded to my inquiry almost immediately and set up a time to call the following week. After talking to them on the phone we quickly set up a time for them to come out and price the project. When they arrived, they were very polite and professional. I was not provided a quote but told that they would have to order new cabinet doors. Once Home Innovations Of Augusta got a price on the cabinet doors they would contact me again. That was the last I heard from them. One month after the initial call I sent a follow up message to see if they were going to be able to do the project or not. I again got a prompt reply saying they would look into why i hadn't received a quote. That was the last I heard from them. As my initial conversation and meeting with Home Innovations Of Augusta seemed to go well I had high hopes of some quality work but being completely ignored has changed my opinion. If Home Innovations Of Augusta had continued to act in a professional manner I would have had no issue with contracting them for the work and recommending them to others. As it is you will have to rely on other reviews of actual work completed."

"Kevin fit my inspection in on the fly. He was punctual and very cordial. He took his time and explained what he was inspecting for. He was thorough and didn’t cut corners. As a seller, I wanted to know what I needed to do before sale. He explained what he found and why it should be addressed. I highly recommend him to anyone.
