"Excellently is how the project went. The original 1957 jankety looking step units, sunk and settled crooked in relationship to the house, ended up being a solid as granite. Chris Roberts's team was not slowed down. They had both out and rubble removed by mid-day. Drawings were provided to the team for the new step design and orientation. The forms were built exactly as described and concrete poured by end of the day. The next morning they were out to remove forms and float an exterior coat. Aesthetically speaking the entire project is way beyond imagined. Over the years various sections of sidewalk, concrete decking, and a pool equipment pad had been poured adjacent to the other set of stairs leading up to a backdoor no longer in use. Needless to say there was three different heights of concrete at the intersection where they were to pour. Somehow Chris's team was able to tie everything together making it look like it had always been."

"I have been looking for a company to do some mudjacking work on my driveway and came across Foundation Dynamics in a review here on Angie's List. I contacted them to get an estimate and made an appointment for Kyle to come out to my home. Kyle spent about 30-45 minutes taking measurements and provided me with an overview of the process, how long it would take to do the work and a cost breakdown. To schedule the work, half of the total amount was requested up-front and the other half would be paid upon completion of the work. <br /> The day the work was to be done, the two-man crew showed up on-time and asked me to take them to the area that needed to be repaired. Zach, the crew leader, mentioned that it would take 30-40 minutes to get everything set up before the could begin the concrete lifting process. Zach let me know once they were ready to get started and I saw how the process worked, a few small holes are drilled in the concrete and a polyurethane compound is injected into the holes, which fills any voids under the concrete and then expands, which lifts the concrete. The work on my driveway was completed in about 4-5 hours. <br /> Once the work was complete and the crew left (I had signed off on the work already), I noticed there were two drill holes that hadn't been filled. I contacted Zach and he had a team sent out the next day to fill the remaining holes. I also noticed that the concrete walkway next to my backyard gate had lifted a bit as well, preventing the gate from opening outward. "I had several inches of movement in my pier-and-beam house and had the work quoted by more than one company.  Luis gave the best price and was able to start the soonest.  I read multiple reviews on this site and looked them up on BBB and saw they had a great reputation among people who have actually hired them. <br /> The men were punctual or called if there was going to be a delay.  Everyone was friendly and professional.  They had to access the crawl space beneath my house through a trap door in my closet and put down plastic to prevent mud from being tracked through my house.  After the work was done, they filled in the holes, replaced the removed landscaping, and applies mortar to exterior cracks on the home.  All of the work was complete within 2 weeks of getting my first estimate and I received a report from a structural engineer certifying the work along with a lifetime warranty if there are any issues.  <br /> Due to the price, the quality of work, and the professionalism of Mr Capote, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of foundation repair. <br />"

"We thought we needed a drain and Shawn said he could put one in, but it really wouldn't solve the problem.  He advised us to get a landscaper out to build up that side of our yard and recreate the drainage area that was there before.  We really appreciated his honesty.  We had previously had someone who had done some landscaping for us out to ask his opinion on what should be done and he wanted $2,000 to put in a drain.  We will be contacting the person who maintains our yard to have dirt and sod brought in to correct the drainage. <br />"
