"I used Hard Work Construction (HWC) July - August on a Condo I own, which was destroyed by the tenant. Let me first say, this is not my first rodeo, and I an NOT an easy person to please. This unit needed complete redoing down to the light switches and wall plugs, all the way to the appliances and air conditioning, about $35,000. The unit was destroyed. Now? It looks so good, I wish I could move into it myself. I've had rental units since 1992, and much experience with contractors. Above and beyond being VERY good at what he does, Larry is going to see your future needs (ie if you replace this item, its going to cause that to look bad), not in an effort to up-sell, but in an effort to make what you are spending money on, be worth while. Again, I've done this a long time, and I have NEVER seen someone that not only does what he says he will do, but, does it FAST, even the little things that entailed Larry burning more gas on coming back, than the actual item that needed fixing. Larry has excellent work ethic and a conscience to give you what you paid for and a little bit more. Can you find someone cheaper? I'm sure you can..good luck with that, I'm sure there are some real cheap parachutes out there too....don't do it, Call HWC."

He agreed it was broken. He came out within the time window quoted. Replaced both springs and did tuneup for no charge as I was a new customer. Very professional. Very, very pleased with my service.
