He even made sure to tell me if I had any issues with my faucet within the next couple days to let him know and he would come back out and take a look again. My Wife and I had considered a full kitchen remodel at the time of having the ceilings repaired but every contractor we spoke to wanted to do the kitchen and not the ceilings... except for Jorge... his first point of buisness was to make sure that our ceilings were beautiful, and repaired... he even made suggestions that made sense saved money and ended up being beautiful. We had 6 rooms replaced with flat Sheetrock celiengs, and installed recessed lighting, and other accent lights... while we were living in our home... Nashaly and Omar were respectful and courtesous to our need to get in and out of our house with an infant child, they cleaned every night when they finished, asked about and listened to any issues we had and handled them promptly... this was the best experience that we have ever had contracting someone for home repairs..."

"We are very pleased with our experience with this company. They did a wonderful job installing new floors in our home. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable, always willing to guide customer towards the right direction. When we started shopping for wood floors, we did not know what we wanted. We researched online to see the difference between the type of wood floors and visited different stores. What I liked about Martinez was that the owner took the time to explain us in detail the difference between engineered and solid hardwood floors, gave us the space to deliberate which one we wanted, and didn't push for the sale. We ended up choosing a solid oak floor. Beautiful material and for a great price. It took about a week to get the wood and then acclimate it for a another week, I think. When it was ready, they began the installation, which included a staircase as well. They are very honest and respectful people. You can talk to the owner about your worries and we would answer you as soon as I can. They started installing the floor and worked fast, clean, and organized. When it comes to payment, they required a deposit to buy all the materials, (wood has to be paid in total) to order it, and when they are finished, you revise and approve the job to pay the rest. We are very meticulous when it comes to everything, I can recommend this company. The floors turned out beautiful, after the installation we decided to stain it to change the color, great decision. Oh boy our wood floors look amazing. I am rating this company 5 stars because there's no 10. Highly recommended folks"

"Their pricing wasn't enough competitive. In general, the guy was pretty good and pretty responsive. He had some inaccuracies in his quote that I had to get corrected, just, he gave wrong pricing and I was surprised at the pricing on some windows and then he realized he made a mistake and he switched his pricing a couple of times and couldn't explain why. And then at the end of the day, it was more expensive. In general, he was good, I mean. And he certainly wasn't as expensive as a lot of other providers, don't get me wrong. It's just that he was probably a little bit better than average price. He was pretty responsive, even emails, when he was supposed to show up, he was here."
