"Willis is hands down the best plumber I've ever had. I've been through the wringer (pun intended) with plumbers and having a plumber like Willis is worth its weight in gold!! He has saved me so much money simply by giving me good information and doing things right the first time. Willis has years of experience and is honest and straightforward (he also has a great sense of humor, which can alleviate the stress when you're in a household crisis). He never tries to oversell you by pressuring you to buy appliances or get work done you don't need and he responds to calls promptly and professionally. I hope he never quits because I own three properties and am always needing a plumber. I will never hire anyone else if I can avoid it!"

"The epitome of professionals. Called Sunday afternoon after the first couple companies way over quoted the job. LJ recommended ordering what we wanted and they would work around it. Tall task given the first quotes all but required there install products. He sight unseen guaranteed he would have the best quote. Guess what, they installed what we wanted at a considerably more fair quote. The team showed up at 4:30, quoted me, and offered to install. Even after a long day. Mind you, our sink was believed at 11. They still showed, provided quality work and customer service. Call these guys."

They had to jack hammer for two days through a lot of rock until they got to the basement footer. Deshon O, Jovann J and Kyle H were the team ready for the task. "Zach from Mac Wilson plumbing came to my house to review estimates I had received from a couple of the "big" plumbing companies relating to my main sewer line. The "big" companies had claimed the entire sewer line was shot and needed to be replaced at costs ranging from $12K to $15K. Zach reviewed everything and told me my sewer line only needed regular maintenance and cleaning at a cost of a couple hundred dollars a year and the full replacement was not needed at all. He could easily have convinced me to spend several thousand on a replacement with him, but his honesty and integrity shone through. Mac Wilson just earned a customer for any plumbing needs I have in the future. Fantastic."

"Contacted Mission PHC concerning a plumbing issue with the downstairs toilet. Got an appt two days later, on a Saturday, which was nice since it was the only time I was available. The tech called that morning and wanted to come 15 minutes early, which is also fine. He was a very nice man, spent some time asking questions and attempted to diagnose the problem. Concluded it might be an obstruction in the roof vent. We went on the roof and he augured it out, didn't find anything. So then he suspects the mainline, but informs me he can't do the main line, and their main line guy is off on Saturdays. That was rather disappointing. Thankfully I had a coupon for a free service call, so it ended up only costing $45. After the tech left, I called another company and they did an outstanding job, fixed my problem, and were reasonably priced. My perception of Mission PHC is that they're not this kind of plumbing service firm. I have heard good things about them regarding HVAC, but I will not be using them again for a plumbing issue.  <br />"

Brian did a great job, explained what he was doing, and minimized the necessary holes in ceilings and walls. The cost was very reasonable, compared to the other big-name plumbing companies. I would highly recommend them for piping repairs or replacements."
