Addison was efficient, patient with my questions, and respectful of my house. Two days later, our air conditioner wasn't cooling, the afternoon before a predicted heat wave. Vince showed up and started the process of diagnosing the problem. So blessed that the last time we had our air conditioner serviced, Joel recommended a cleaning/coverage plan. Thanks to that, the clogged hose was replaced, the entire unit checked out and cleaned, all at no charge. We've used Reddi Services for years. Wouldn't think of switching!"

"I noticed that there was no hot water coming out of the sink when I turned on the spigot, only cold. I went to the basement and saw that there was water leaking from the top of the hot water tank and spilling down the side onto the floor. This was a weekend. I called KC Plumbing and he came out to inspect. Thankfully, he found out that the tank was still under warranty with the manufacturer. Since we still had water (cold) it wasn't an extreme emergency so he was able to fit us into his schedule on the the upcoming Tuesday. The work was done efficiently, economically and completed in 1 day which was great. This is the 2nd time we have used this company. We are quite pleased with the experiences we have had with KC Plumbing. The owner, L.J., has serviced us very well and we will use him again when we have any other plumbing issues."

While they were working they found some corroded pipes that were in bed shape and they added that work on to what they were doing that day, and had everything finished by midafternoon. I was pleased with the work, pleased with the price, and pleased with the friendly service. Erick is a super nice guy! And his team was great.
