"Very well. Dan was very professional and personable. He did a very thorough job of inspecting my HVAC system and noted that my humidifier was not working. I told him I was aware that it was no longer functioning and that a previous tech with a different company had told me that the full humidifier would have to be replaced due to corrosion. Dan said no. It only needs a few parts and it would be good to go. I was quite thrilled by this and upset at the previous tech (company) for their incorrect diagnosis. I had Dan repair the humidifier and it's working perfectly! He removed some useless wiring that was connected to nothing and cleaned up the entire area when he was done.
