"John, owner of Improvement Pros, and his team recently finished a kitchen remodel for us. Although we kept the same layout, the cabinets, counters, kitchen sink, and backsplash were all replaced. His team also added crown molding and trim on the soffit to help it blend in with the cabinets. John is very good about keeping in touch throughout the project, so we usually knew what to expect day-to-day. The project did run longer than expected, but that was because one of his employees took a job overseas and quit without advanced notice. If that wouldn’t have happened, the job would have been finished as expected. To make up for that delay, John worked on a Saturday and gave us a small discount on the overall price. He also strived to make sure that my husband and I were both satisfied with the end results. Not happy about a tile? He’ll fix it. Cabinet doors look just a little off to you? He’ll straighten them. At the end of a project, he asks for honest feedback because he wants to keep improving his business. Since this was the third time he successfully completed a project in our house, we knew we’d be pleased with the results of this project as well. He did not disappoint and we love our new kitchen!"

"The owner and I discussed the paint job and I told him we just had new vinyl floors installed in the 3 bedrooms and the floors needed to be covered. The floors were only covered with a drop cloth against the walls. There were small paint splatters in the middle of the rooms in the area not covered. Let me say I was not happy. The painters should have covered the whole rooms as they were empty of furniture. The painters rolled on the paint for the most part but the little splatters of paint that comes from the nap of the rollers was not considered. It ended up on the new vinyl floor."

"Another great job completed by JB Masters. They replaced my roof & gutters last year and now they completed a complicated painting job on my home. The architectural design of my home presented a lot of detail work & the crew couldn't have been more attentive. I don't know how many times I heard, "We want you to be happy." They also offered great advice on how to paint the trim as this was my first time having a home painted to this extent. My house presented several challenges but the crew was able to handle them confidently and professionally. He wanted to know how the space was to be used, who would use it, what our expectations were and special requirements. He drew up a plan that was perfect for us.The construction went like clockwork on the schedule our project manager Ben set up. We were kept informed of progress regularly and all of the materials vendors we met with were fantastic. Picking out cabinets, counter tops, carpet, tile, and paint colors was quick and easy. Their promise was done in 45 days or less and they were done in less than 45 days with a 900 square foot basement. They contacted us today for a followup check of anything that needed to be fixed. They were very pleasant to work with and we were not bothered by workers at all. Ben coordinated everything and made sure it all went right.
