When we called to ask about a followup visit they proceeded to say it was not covered under warranty and charged us another $140 to come out for diagnostics... okay, cheaper than a new dishwasher, please come out. On scene the new tech tells us he cannot find anything wrong. Proceeds to tell my wife to clean it more often then charges us another $50 for customer consult. $190 later we're in the same spot + a HUGE scratch on our hardwood floors. Would not recommend.
