"We had a sewage backup and spill Friday night in Blowing Rock, NC. I called 6 different plumbers. I found Doby's on Home Advisor and Doby's is the only one to return my call. They had a crew on site the following morning to locate a broken sewer pipe in the yard using their camera system. After getting 811 locator service to clear excavation, Doby's replaced 10' of sewer line on Sunday. They were prompt, efficient, and clearly very responsible! I recommend them highly!"

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."

They jet cleaned the drainage pipe in order to run the locator to find the sewer line exiting out of kitchen to the back yard. Their price is very reasonable, a lot lower than the other plumbing company that I got the quote for the same work. Highly recommend their service and will reuse them again.
