After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. "October 2, 2019 - Roof replaced. I have so many good things to say, i'm not sure where to start. Every time I called with a question, someone answered or returned my call promptly. I was satisfied with the whole experience from beginning to end. Alex met me at my house and gave me a very fair estimate. We walked the job down and he explained that Express also had financing available. That was good news, because I didn't really have the money to repair the roof right now and having the option made it very convenient. The team came late in the day due to an overrun on a previous job, but I was notified early in the morning and was not waiting around without knowledge of when they would arrive. Even though they got started late, they knocked the job out very quickly and efficiently. When they left, there was no way to tell that they had even been there because of the thorough clean-up they performed. There was a miscommunication between the estimator and I on the flashing color that I wanted around the chimney, but when I pointed it out, Tinos (Owner) was on site to talk it over with me and someone came down the very next day and corrected it without any additional charge. I also had my windows caulked and gutters refastened and Express took care of it all. It looks great. I highly recommend Express Exterior!"

"Last year we met and contracted A Cut Above Carpentry to do a full kitchen remodel. (Their estimate and timeline were very reasonable.) Because of delays in appliance deliveries (ordered by us not the contractor), we had to reschedule 3 times. A Cut Above was understanding and accommodating. "Not really what I expected ... we had a communications breakdown to start with and they showed up at the house unannounced at 8am on a holiday weekend. When we have had our gutters cleaned in the past, they normally would either sweep out or scoop out the gutters and then run water through them to cleanout the rest. This company just brought a leaf blower to get the job done. Considering the fact that I have a three story townhouse, who really knows how well they cleaned them out?"
