"I'm a big believer in shopping local and using local contractors whenever possible. So I was thrilled to find a guy with an A rating and 125 mostly excellent reviews who lived five minutes away! I'm so happy with the job John did cleaning, re-grouting, and sealing our shower floor--it looks brand new! He also replaced a well-worn drain cover at the completion of the project. He was hard to pin down to start the job--but usually that's what happens when people are good at what they do and their services are in demand! The price was fair, and the work was completed in less than a day! I'd use him again for tile work and recommend his services to others."

"'Came as scheduled; went over deal, PLUS other things I needed doing...delighted to find he could take care of those too.
Agreed on price--he cleaned in house rugs, spent 2 hours cleaning tile floor (needed going over 3 times); took orientals and throw rugs, returned 8 days later...they looked great!  Moved furniture, helped put them back in place.
I was VERY impressed.  Found him to be friendly, proactive, forthcoming, reliable, very reasonably priced.  I was really surprised how how he worked getting the tiled kitchen floor properly cleaned.  He went over it, let it dry; not good enough!  Over it again...and again! No extra cost...he said he had to "get it right"!
Only minor down sides--a) orientals had to be done elsewhere, waited 8 days to get them back; b) cotton Indian throw-rug came back with edges a touch frayed, and not looking brand new (although a lot better than when he took it), and he explained and apologized for not being able to do a better job with it,
For this kind of work, I'd certainly recommend him very highly, and would go to him first.

It couldn't have gone any smoother working with Kevin.  He was responsive, professional and delivered first quality work.  We originally thought we could tackle the kitchen backsplash ourselves, but the tile we selected combined glass and stone.  Didn't want to take a chance and opted for a tile expert.  He arrived on time and quickly completed the job with little to no mess.  We are extremely pleased and cannot believe our kitchen is finally done!  Highly recommend Love Tile and Marble for any home improvements. "Very nice young men. Overall windows were cleaned well. My only issue was that sills were also supposed to be cleaned at the same time and 4 out of 13 were not done. I didn't realize until they had left. I'd use them again but would be sure to inspect before they left."

"I had a lot of work done in my house in the past 5 years and finally decided to get rid of the dirty old carpet on the first floor. So I went to P.R Flooring, which is next door to my job, and told him I needed a new floor installed. A week later his workers came and installed the floor. They did a great job and It looks absolutely beautiful. My neighbor came in to see the floor and the first thing he said was *Wow!*. He loved it. Family and friends loved . "Fantastic; The ceramic tile including ceiling and walls are masterfully done. Even have two niches for shampoo, soap and razor. The new tile is mounted on cement board that was coated with an expandable sealer. (the 30 year old tile was just installed on drywall). A laser was used to insure tile grout lines would be perfectly aligned. William also removed grout from existing floor tile I had put in two years ago and installed matching grout of new wall tiles- the floor looks brand new now! All work professionally done for a beautiful installation. And W Floorings subcontractor measured and installed a new stylish glass shower door. I’m am handicapped and I was so impressed how William insured that the new shower will work and be accessible for me."
